Owner Peg Gilday brings 25 years of experience in quality design. From affordable housing neighborhoods to high-end residential and commercial architecture, Gilday oversees a collaborative studio skilled at combining art and science for interesting, common sense solutions.

Inventing practical and playful solutions to the needs of a changing family or an evolving business requires that we understand both the tradition and the trends of your community. While Gilday offers owner-representation to assist property owners with project development and vision, we also look for opportunities to partner with existing property owners. We like to keep what’s unique, clean things up a little, and provide for an energetic product while remaining sensitive to the issues surrounding sustainability, maintenance, and budgets.
