Poised on a gently sloped site along US Highway 89/191 the Sage Meadows Affordable Housing project consists of 23 single-family residences on a 5-acre parcel.Along with architectural design this project also involved a neighborhood master plan that required input from the adjacent landowners, neighborhood groups, and the Teton County approval process. The project is a mixture of four different prototypes ranging in size from 800 to 1,300 square feet. These prototypes where then clustered into three groups of 7-8 homes each to help break down the scale of the development in a more traditional western ranch/agricultural style complex.Built in 1999 the 23 units are traditional wood construction with a total development size of 31,280 square feet.
